This policy describes how Honnmono Intl Ltd ("Honnmono", "we") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Honnmono+ mobile application.

Account information — email address, phone number and a user identifier, used to create and manage your account.

Location (approximate and precise, optional) — used only to show nearby charging stations and map results. You may deny location permission; related features will be limited.

Purchase history — charging orders and top-up records within the app, used to provide charging services and receipts.

Device identifiers — used for service functionality such as pairing with Honnmono charging devices and diagnosing issues.

Card and payment credentials are processed directly by third-party payment processors (such as Airwallex, AlipayHK and T+ Wallet). We do not collect or store your card numbers.

We use the information above solely to provide app functionality and account management: locating charging stations, starting and billing charging sessions, device pairing, customer support and service notices. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our account deletion page or email enquiry@honnmono-store.com. Requests are processed within 30 days; order records required by law are retained for the statutory period and then deleted or anonymised.

Honnmono+ is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
